At norhjem you have an administrator in the office and at certain properties a norhjem caretaker. Rental and property administration is run from the office in Aalborg, while the local caretakers have their daily routine at the properties around the country.

Property manager - help with the formalities

The administrator helps you with formal matters: lease, moving in and out, termination, questions about rules, rent, advance payment and other financial matters. Real estate service - help with practical matters

The caretaker is the practical part of the agreement. He is typically the one you meet at the property. You contact him if there are any faults or deficiencies in the home, problems with heating, water or installations, if something in the common areas is not working, or if there is anything else practical about the property that needs to be looked at.
