Business foundation and vision

norhjem administration's business is the rental and administration of all types of housing. norhjem administration's vision is to be the preferred privately owned provider of housing throughout the country. This vision is realized, among other things, by offering modern and centrally located apartments, all with their own kitchen and bathroom.

norhjem administrations is a service company and our most important asset is our customers – our tenants. Tenant service is therefore high on the agenda at norhjem administration and we constantly strive to provide the best possible service from first contact with a potential tenant until the tenant has vacated our apartments. This applies both in the administration and outside our properties. We therefore go against the grain and insource as many tasks as possible. This is to ensure consistent quality in everything we do – and to minimize the risk of errors in relation to our tenants.

History

norhjem administration a/s was founded in 2016 in connection with UNGBO DANMARK, Holding A/S selling a portfolio of student housing to Sampension KP Danmark. Along with the sale, an agreement was made to continue to provide administration and caretaker services for the portfolio. All employees and other administration and caretaker service agreements were therefore transferred to norhjem administration a/s. At that time, the ownership consisted of UNGBO DANMARK, Holding A/S with 60%, FTN Invest ApS with 20% and Elefsen Invest ApS with 20%.

This was changed as of January 1, 2023, when UNGBO DANMARK, Holding A/S sold their share, so FTN Invest ApS and Elefsen Invest ApS owned 50% each.

With effect from 1 July 2023, this has changed again, so that FTN Invest ApS and Elefsen Invest ApS will each own 25%, while Viga RE Management ApS has taken over 50%.

Over the past year and a half, Viga RE has grown into our largest customer and it therefore provides good synergy for both parties to continue the journey together.

Since norhjem administration a/s was founded in 2016, we have gone from handling administration and caretaker services for almost 800 rentals to today almost 5,000 rentals distributed across 70 customers. We have 27 employees located in Aalborg, Aarhus, Odense, Roskilde and Copenhagen.

norhjem administration a/s is co-owner of the center administrator SC Administrator, which is responsible for the administration of 3 shopping centers located in Jutland and Zealand.
